Get Response – Very reasonable with an incredible list of features and functionality. Comparable to MailChimp but a little easier to use.

MailChimp – popular because of its free version (which has limited functionality). You may need to pay rather quickly if you want autoresponder email functionality. Also requires a workaround if you have more than one opt-in gift.

Aweber – Long time player in email marketing.

WP ProfitBuilder – LOVE this plugin/theme. Make super professional sales pages and websites with the plugin for a nominal one time charge. May interfere with some other plugins on your site if you have a lot. But their customer support will help you out.
